FoodRisk AI
An allergen and ingredient analysis platform, built from scratch. Standard OCR could not read real food labels reliably, so I replaced it with Gemini-powered image understanding, and built key rotation so the AI features survive quota limits.
Sponsor Compliance System
A UK Home Office compliance platform whose data was trapped on a managed environment with no database access and no export path. I designed a server-side extraction endpoint locked to Super Administrators and moved 45 tables in dependency order. The platform runs on that data today.
Spirit Connect
Spirit Connect
A guided prayer and journaling platform, built from scratch. The hard problem was not the backend. It was getting an automated audio session to behave the same way on an iPhone as it did on a desktop browser.
